Q: Do you accept cancellations/refunds?
A: Once items have been shipped, the sales will be final. However, if the item you received was damaged, or if you received the wrong merchandise, please contact us via e-mail at gallerycmoon@gmail.com or contact our official X account: @CMoonGallery
Q: When do you ship out orders? (Updated in November 2024)
A: Typically, our orders are shipped within a week.
However, due to the high volume of pre-orders recently, we are taking extra time to carefully pack each package to ensure safe delivery. As a result, the shipping time may be slightly extended, especially for orders that include Giclee prints.

Q: My order never arrived / It says my order was delivered, but I never received it.
A: I completely understand the disappointment when you've ordered something only to have it lost in transit.
Please contact your local post office about your concerns prior to contacting me about a missing package, and we'll be glad to help you further if we can!
